WE NEED YOUR HELP with items that could be a part of the contents of any basket and/or assistance in putting them together.
Please review the theme basket ideas below or create your own theme! We would like to include art in keeping with a basket’s theme (e.g. picture, gift card, ceramic, etc. in each basket) as well as other appropriate items.
We plan on assembling the baskets on Thursday, May 9th at the gallery starting at 2pm. Before they are ‘wrapped’, we will make a list of the contents to place next to the basket as well as take photos (without the wrapping on). If you elect to bring in a complete basket, please know that we need the list. Items that you wish to donate can be dropped off at the gallery on Sunday, May 5th, Wednesday May 8th or Thursday, May 9th from noon – 4pm. We will have wrapping materials at the gallery, but would appreciate any containers that may be appropriate to hold the items.
We would also appreciate a few volunteers to host the booth and sell raffle tickets at the event on Saturday and Sunday!
