New, original art is on display!
City Lights Art Gallery is a 100% all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to artists and those who love art. The gallery typically has on display more than 100 pieces of original art by our local artists to help you find the perfect gift or pieces for your home! A member is showcased monthly and hosts a ‘meet the artist’ reception to discuss their artwork and what it means to them. The entire gallery is refreshed on a quarterly basis, so there is always previously unseen artwork for you to enjoy and purchase. At the gallery, you’ll be greeted by one of our volunteer artists who will gladly answer your questions or guide you through our gallery’s many displays and offerings. A gift shop for smaller 3-dimensional pieces as well as note cards, matted prints and more, is also part of the exhibit space and makes for excellent and unique gifts. City Lights generally hosts Juried Shows in March, June (photography only show), and September that are open to all artists, members and nonmembers. Visitors enjoy works by artists from all over Nevada and we encourage artistic expression through art. We welcome locals to join at any time and become a member of a growing community of inspired and talented artists. From beginner to expert, we have a place for you! Part of your purchase is also used to support future art students through our scholarship program where we encourage and support the next generation of talent.
Stop by today and pick out the perfect gift for you or someone special! We have something for all your gift giving needs…
