I am a water media artist in Las Vegas. I have studied with several well know artists over the years. I switched to abstracts and acrylics a few years ago. My original work was watercolor and generally landscapes, seascapes, still life and desert. Although I would have called that work more traditional, I wasn’t realist in the sense of colors. I have developed an even larger color palette but have somewhat kept my looser watercolor style.

I have won several awards locally and have 3 entries in Western Federation of Watercolor Artist where I received an award of merit. I have since become a member. I had several works chosen by a non-profit group and they appeared on banners and other products. I paint and teach both watercolor and acrylics in Las Vegas, but have also taught in Mesquite, Henderson and at the City Lights Art Gallery.

I love my passion for painting and I try to paint most every day.
